Originally licensed in NJ over 20 years ago, I sold exclusively “down the shore” until 2008, after visiting family in Southwest Florida, I quickly realized that this was where I really wanted to be.

I purchased a condo in Naples and moved down with my partner and our dog, Henry.

It was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Its no mistake that Conde Nast has rated Naples the happiest beach town in America for 5 years in a row, and THE best beach town in America from 2019- 2024.

The cities and towns of Florida’s Paradise Coast are a unique combination of white sandy beaches, island utopias, quaint and upscale downtown spaces and expand out to the majestic, natural wonders of the Everglades
